• Contact & booking details — your name, email address, phone number, and any information you include when you request a consultation or submit a form (our scheduling and intake forms are powered by GoHighLevel, a product of HighLevel, Inc.).
• Guide downloads — the email address you provide to receive the Elite Wealth Tax Strategy Guide or other resources.
• Communications — the content of messages you send us by email, phone, or form.

AI chat assistant ("Vergil")

Our Site offers an AI chat assistant. When you send a message to the assistant, your message is transmitted to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. Please do not enter sensitive personal or financial information — such as Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers, or bank/account numbers — into the chat.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider (Netlify) and similar technologies.
• Cookies — small files used to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Respond to inquiries and schedule and conduct consultations;
• Deliver requested resources such as the tax strategy guide;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and the AI assistant;

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers that help us operate, including GoHighLevel / HighLevel, Inc. (scheduling, CRM, forms), Anthropic (AI chat processing), Netlify (hosting), and email/communications providers, each acting on our behalf;

• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law (including recordkeeping obligations that may apply to tax-related services), then delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
