These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vtxplus.com and the services offered by VTAX+ Pro ("VTAX+," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Services

VTAX+ provides tax planning and advisory information and consultations. Any professional services we perform for you are governed by a separate engagement letter or agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.

3. Consultations, Bookings & Cancellations

You may request or schedule a consultation through our booking tool. Please provide accurate information. If you need to reschedule or cancel, do so as early as possible; specific fees, deposits, or cancellation terms (if any) will be communicated to you before your appointment.

4. AI Chat Assistant

Our AI assistant provides automated, general information and may produce responses that are incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. It is not a substitute for professional advice and does not create a professional relationship. Do not submit sensitive personal or financial information (e.g., Social Security numbers, account numbers) through the chat. Your use of the assistant is at your own risk.

5. Downloadable Resources

Guides and other materials we provide are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute them without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by VTAX+ or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content except as permitted by these Terms or with our consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting unlawful or infringing content, or using it to violate any law.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VTAX+ harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
